This tool is used to add rolling stocks. Either from a library or by initializing an existing group.
If a group that isn't an initialized rolling stock nor a track is selected when activating the tool Create mode will be preselected. Otherwise Librray is.
Click a rolling stock in library to select it. You can filter the library and use the icons to the right of the filter to sort and group rolling stocks to easier find them.
What's listed as one rolling stock in the library might actually be several rolling stocks, such as a steam locomotive along with its tender.
Click a track to place rolling stock(s) on it or click an existing train to add to it.
Press tab to toggle what end of the rolling stock(s) you are placing.
Press alt to reverse the direction rolling stock(s) will be placed in.
Follow the guide in the dialog to create a new rolling stock from group.
